The tribal casino says <a href=\"https:\/\/foxwoods.com\/20260121-The-Bedford-By-Martha-Stewart-To-Open-March-14-At-Foxwoods\">The Bedford by Martha Stewart<\/a> will open its doors to the public on Saturday, March 14, with reservations now being accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Bedford is inspired by Stewart&#8217;s 1925 country farmhouse in New York. The restaurant showcases some of her most celebrated dishes, along with her love of entertaining and decorating.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"main-blockquote\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This is Martha Stewart&#8217;s second restaurant and her first on the East Coast, bringing her celebrated style and hospitality to Foxwoods. Located in the heart of the Grand Pequot Tower, The Bedford by Martha Stewart is more than just a restaurant &#8212; it&#8217;s a taste of Martha&#8217;s world, brought to life,&#8221; a Foxwoods release promoted.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Notable dishes include a classic ni\u00e7oise salad, pierogies, and Kurobuta pork chops. The restaurant will be open seven days a week, with breakfast and lunch served on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Foxwoods Expansion<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Bedford by Martha Stewart coincides with a $385 million expansion of Foxwoods Resort Casino, celebrating the tribal complex&#8217;s 30th anniversary. Announced in 2022, $85 million was invested to open a new 50K-square-foot casino called the Pequot Woodlands and a celebrity restaurant space.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"callout\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Bedford spans about 13K square feet. Stewart&#8217;s Foxwoods eatery is already sold out for the March 14 opening. The only times for Sunday begin at 9 pm. More reasonable dining times, from 5 pm through 7:15, are currently available for Monday, March 16.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The bulk of the 30th anniversary investment dealt with constructing the resort&#8217;s adjoining Great Wolf Lodge. The $300 million resort <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casino.org\/news\/foxwoods-great-wolf-lodge-sets-opening-300-million-project\/\">opened last May<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The 549-room lodge includes an indoor Water Park and Adventure Park, along with eight restaurants and 7,000 square feet of meeting space.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Bedford&#8217;s Lukewarm Reviews<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Martha Stewart&#8217;s first Bedford restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip has garnered mixed reviews.
